Senior Software Engineer

Where you will work Stevenage, hybrid working with 3 to 5 days on site per week.

• British nationality required
• C or C++ software development
• Test software engineering background
• Agile delivery experience
• Electronics test and debug exposure

What you will be doing

• Design and develop software for specialist test equipment
• Support the verification of complex electronic and embedded systems
• Improve software quality through automation and continuous integration
• Work across software and hardware boundaries to solve technical issues
• Contribute throughout the development lifecycle in a structured engineering setting

Skills and background

• Strong C or C++ development capability
• Experience developing test solutions
• Understanding of automation and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of software quality methods
• Confident using oscilloscopes and similar test equipment
• Able to work effectively in agile teams
