IT Support Specialist

Are you ready to take your maintenance skills to the next level in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment? We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift, keeping operations running smoothly and safely while driving innovation and efficiency across the plant.

This is for the 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)., * Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).

• Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.
• Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (3-4 hours at a time).
• Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.
