Job description
- While reporting to and supporting the Director of IT provide full IT support to the organization;
- Assist and support technical staff and scanning staff, providing guidance, solutions, and advanced support.
- Lead the IT department when the supervisor is unavailable, attending meetings and conferences as needed.
- Develop and deliver organization-wide training sessions, creating manuals, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Support administration, maintenance, and updates of servers, security systems, networking, telecommunication, and audiovisual systems across multiple sites.
- Manage HUD-specific systems, including PIC management, EIV compliance, and portal administration, ensuring regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- Completed BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or related
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of server management, networking, and security systems.
- Experience with HUD systems, compliance, and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions effectively.
- Personal transportation, valid FL drivers license, proof of degree
