Job description
we are hiring entry-level IT Help Desk Support Analysts to join their Corporate IT team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in IT support within a large enterprise environment. You'll be the first point of contact for internal employees, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth day-to-day IT experience.
What You'll Do o Handle ~10 inbound support calls daily o Manage and resolve ~10 IT support tickets per day o Document and track issues in a ticketing system (ServiceNow) o Troubleshoot user issues (access, systems, connectivity) o Perform basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, user support) o Assist with MFA setup and troubleshooting o Support remote users via Teams o Assist with software deployments (SCCM) and endpoint issues o Troubleshoot VPN connectivity (FortiClient preferred) Occasional Onsite Work May Include: o Wi-Fi access point (WAP) upgrades/installations o Network switch support o Server refreshes or escalations
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field o 0-2 years of experience (internships welcome!) o Basic understanding of IT support/help desk environments o Strong communication skills (especially phone-based support) o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment o Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Nice to Have (Not Required) o Experience with ServiceNow or any ticketing system o Exposure to MFA, Intune, or Conditional Access o Familiarity with SCCM or software deployment tools o VPN troubleshooting experience o Customer-facing experience (retail, call center, hospitality) o IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
