Job description
In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, connecting stakeholders, optimizing vendor performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with business goals., * Own end-to-end governance of IT service contracts with precision and confidence
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and obligations are not just met-but exceeded
- Lead contract lifecycle activities (renewals, changes, updates)
- Proactively identify risks and implement smart mitigation strategies ️
Vendor Management & Service Integration
- Build and manage strong relationships with strategic vendors
- Elevate vendor performance through structured governance and reviews
- Align deliverables with expectations and contractual commitments
- Support seamless service integration aligned with SIAM principles
Procurement & Commercial Excellence
- Play a key role in sourcing and RFx processes
- Support negotiations and help select best-fit vendors
- Partner with finance and procurement to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, teams, and suppliers
- Deliver clear, impactful reporting to senior stakeholders
- Bridge gaps across technical, legal, and business teams
Performance, Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor service performance and drive ongoing improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards
- Support issue resolution and dispute management
- Contribute to operational excellence and service enhancement plans
Transformation & Innovation
- Support digital transformation initiatives in contract/vendor management
- Champion automation and tools to boost efficiency
- Help shape the future of service delivery models and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT contract/vendor management or service delivery
- Strong experience in IT outsourcing or managed services
- Deep understanding of SLA/KPI governance
- Proven success in multi-vendor environments
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SIAM environments
- Exposure to procurement and sourcing
- Knowledge of tools like SAP Ariba (or similar)
- Background in transformation or transition programs
- Interest or experience in AI/automation in service management
