Job description

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for the governance, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure while leading a small internal IT team. You act as a bridge between technical operations and business needs, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement., * Managing and coaching an internal IT team, setting priorities, planning activities, and supporting professional development

  • Overseeing IT operations, including infrastructure availability, performance, and security
  • Taking ownership of Incident Management and Change Management processes, aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Leading infrastructure and cloud-related projects from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, timing, and quality
  • Managing the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, and coordination with external partners
  • Defining and maintaining procedures, documentation, and operational standards
  • Ensuring a high level of information security and contributing to compliance and risk management initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to align IT services with business objectives

This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in a complex IT environment.

Requirements

You are a senior IT professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing infrastructure in structured environments. You combine technical expertise with organisation, communication, and people-management capabilities.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in team management, including coaching, task planning, and performance follow-up
  • Solid background in IT infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Experience in project management, including resource planning and stakeholder coordination
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management and Change Management
  • Experience with budget management or cost control within an IT context
  • Strong awareness of IT security principles and operational risk
  • A structured and pragmatic working style, with the ability to set priorities
  • Fluent in French and English ️

You are comfortable operating in a role that combines leadership, governance, and operational responsibility.
