  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and stakeholders remain aligned
  • Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely allocation and follow-up by the sales team
  • Support structured lead nurturing to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and produce performance reports across sales and marketing
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and pipeline visibility

Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Background in a sales support, marketing coordination or operations role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
