Job description
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and stakeholders remain aligned
- Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely allocation and follow-up by the sales team
- Support structured lead nurturing to maximise conversion opportunities
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and produce performance reports across sales and marketing
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and pipeline visibility
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Background in a sales support, marketing coordination or operations role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
