Job description

  • Install, upgrade, and test speech recognition and dictation software
  • Apply patches and hotfixes in a controlled, documented way
  • Travel across the UK and Ireland to support software deployments
  • Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting
  • Advise clients on infrastructure and system compatibility
  • Maintain technical and user documentation
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Proficient in RAS, VPN, and remote access tools
  • Solid networking and TCP/IP knowledge
  • Skilled in SQL Server 2016+
  • Proficient with SCCM
  • Knowledge of NHS/healthcare software is desirable
  • Experience with enterprise software support
  • Familiar with speech recognition and dictation tools is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to travel weekly
  • Own car required
