Job description
This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting the security functionalities of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The Oracle Fusion Security Analyst/Administrator is responsible for supporting all security-related activities including user access provisioning, auditing, and custom role security design. The role may also support Oracle application environment management activities such as refreshes, outages, monitoring, configuration, and patching., * Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing
- Support user security and role provisioning in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, and OTM, guiding users to ensure appropriate access
- Import users and manage access using standard Oracle security functionalities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access aligned with Oracle security best practices
- Manage and monitor auditing for user access ensuring minimal violations within Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Support all security and auditing-related issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Collaborate with Security, Network, Development, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues
- Migrate SaaS and PaaS technical objects including OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs
- Follow up on Oracle MOS service requests to resolution
- Complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Security and Role Management Design (RMD) in Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience supporting ERP implementations, and a team-oriented professional who is reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer-focused. Strong collaboration skills are required to operate effectively across technical and operational teams in a continuously evolving environment., * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of overall ERP administration and security experience
- Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion security, user access, and role design
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS patching and quarterly release processes
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred.
- Experience migrating configurations and managing import/export of backups in Oracle SaaS environments
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
