Job description

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst on behalf of our client in Redmond, WA. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials. The ideal candidate will support, enhance, and optimize financial systems in a multi-organization, multi-ledger environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions., * Support and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial modules, primarily General Ledger and Accounts Receivable

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues through root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  • Engage with Oracle Support to research and resolve application-related issues
  • Prioritize workload, manage competing demands, and meet project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements, including international standards
  • Facilitate clear communication across functional and technical teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials (R12)
  • Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Experience working in multi-organization and multi-ledger environments
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Financials data structures, tables, and integration points
  • Proficiency in SQL and tools such as Toad or SQL*Plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and effectively communicate with stakeholders, * Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials in European (EU) environments
  • Knowledge of international financial compliance and statutory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
