Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Security Analyst / Administrator to manage security operations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role focuses on user access management, role design, and audit compliance, ensuring secure and efficient system access., * Manage user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and security controls in Oracle Fusion Cloud

  • Design and maintain roles and security structures (RBAC)
  • Perform user access reviews and audits using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues across ERP, EPM, and OTM
  • Support environment activities (patching, refreshes, monitoring, outages)
  • Migrate and manage SaaS/PaaS objects (OIC, BIP, BICC, ESS jobs)
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Security, Dev, Network, Product)
  • Handle ServiceNow tickets and Oracle MOS requests within SLA

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP security / administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Security (user access & role design)
  • Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
  • Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
  • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS patching & quarterly releases
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience), * Strong understanding of Security & Role Management Design (RMD)
  • Experience in audit, compliance, and access governance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
