Job description
- Wireless Point-to-Point (P2P): Install and configure P2P systems for both business and residential "Managed Property" clients. This includes mounting outdoor equipment to extend networks from a main residence to detached buildings.
- Residential Solutions: Work with residential customers to identify the best way to improve their home experience, such as installing outdoor mesh extenders to cover patios or metal workshops.
- Physical Installations: Run Ethernet and Fiber Optic cabling in various environments. You must be comfortable climbing ladders and working in elevated workspaces.
- Hardware Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with computers, IP camera systems, and network devices.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with product setup and provide friendly training on how to use their new equipment and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of support requests and inventory in our ticketing system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus., * Help desk: 3 years (Preferred)
