Job description

We are seeking a reliable IT Field Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for IT equipment and network systems. The technician will troubleshoot and repair hardware such as printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networking devices while supporting field operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment., * Provide technical support for printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and network devices.
  • Perform equipment replacements, upgrades, and maintenance as needed.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Travel to assigned locations to provide onsite technical support.
  • Follow organizational procedures and service standards.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and network systems.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills., * Preferably 2+ years of IT support or field technician experience (not mandatory).
  • CompTIA A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
