You'll act as the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting users across multiple client environments while gaining hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, infrastructure, and networking systems.

You'll work closely with senior engineers on escalations and projects, developing the skills needed to move into 2nd Line, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles within a supportive and technically strong team.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of Active Directory and user administration
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and progress
- MSP experience (3 years) is desirable but not essential
