Deskside EUC Engineer

Location: Bradford (Onsite) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP

Overview We're working with a growing organisation looking to strengthen their on-site IT support function with an experienced Deskside EUC Engineer.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of IT, providing deskside and remote support to end users, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing deskside and remote support for hardware, software and user issues
  • Handling incidents and service requests, ensuring quick resolution within SLAs
  • Supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Managing joiners, leavers and user account administration
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools
  • Maintaining IT asset records and inventory
  • Supporting meeting rooms and AV setups
  • Acting as on-site "Hands & Eyes" support for infrastructure teams

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a deskside or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, Scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), or similar tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service approach
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Nice to have:

  • ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
