Deskside EUC Engineer
Location: Bradford (Onsite) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP
Overview We're working with a growing organisation looking to strengthen their on-site IT support function with an experienced Deskside EUC Engineer.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of IT, providing deskside and remote support to end users, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the business.

What you'll be doing
- Providing deskside and remote support for hardware, software and user issues
- Handling incidents and service requests, ensuring quick resolution within SLAs
- Supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
- Managing joiners, leavers and user account administration
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools
- Maintaining IT asset records and inventory
- Supporting meeting rooms and AV setups
- Acting as on-site "Hands & Eyes" support for infrastructure teams
What we're looking for
- Experience in a deskside or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, Scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), or similar tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service approach
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Nice to have:
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
