Job description

Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.

Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system.

Follows AIT standards for devices and software.
-
Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.
-
Leads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe.
-
Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations.
-
Supports audio-video technology with minimal assistance.
-
Creates and references centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
-
Performs proficient level repairs for company devices.
-
Works with designated information technology vendors for support.
-
Provides image builds and/or modifications to Senior or ITSS leadership for validation.
-
Provides training and support to relevant staff.
-
Recognizes critical roadblocks and escalates to leadership for resolution.
-
Contributes to maintaining accurate IT inventory using appropriate tracking management software.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Knowledge and experience with various Internet Browsers. [Required]

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. [Required]

Proficient with current Microsoft and Mac operating systems. [Required]

Proficient at device imaging process. [Required]

Advanced knowledge of mobile devices hardware. [Required]
-
Skilled with projects and time tracking processes. [Required]

Demonstrates advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. [Required]

Knowledgeable of workstation management software. [Required]
-
Experienced with common peripherals and accessories. [Required]
-
In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices. [Required]

Experienced knowledge of IT network hardware, software, and concepts[Required]

Experience working in a highly matrixed, healthcare environment [Preferred]

Proficient customer service skills. [Preferred]
Education:

Associate [Preferred]

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
- in computer or technology related industry.
Work Experience:
- 2+ technical experience in a highly complex, dynamic environment [Required]
Additional Information:
- Candidate must hold at least two of the allowable certifications.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have TWO of the following valid IT related certifications:
