Business Analyst (ERP)

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (primary focus)
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
• Analyze impacts of ERP system changes and enhancements
• Create test plans and test scripts; support SIT and UAT cycles
• Partner with business stakeholders, product, and Agile delivery teams
• Coordinate with global and offshore teams

• Strong business requirements gathering experience
• ERP experience required (Infor preferred, not required)
• Workforce Management or Payroll process experience preferred
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Experience working with offshore/global teams
