Job description
- Lead the planning, launch, and ongoing management of paid social programs across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Develop media approaches that define audience targeting, spending distribution, campaign timing, experimentation plans, and measurement methods.
- Monitor campaign pacing, spending levels, and audience response each day, making timely optimizations to improve efficiency and results.
- Review performance data to identify meaningful trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend adjustments that strengthen future outcomes.
- Prepare clear performance updates and insight-driven summaries for both internal stakeholders and client-facing communications.
- Support paid amplification efforts tied to influencer, creator, and affiliate partnerships to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Manage creator content whitelisting on key platforms, including Meta and TikTok, to improve distribution and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media activity with content development, creative direction, and influencer initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging ad products, beta features, policy updates, and platform changes to keep campaigns current and competitive.
- Contribute strategic perspective on the future of paid social, influencer marketing, and creator-led media opportunities. Requirements
Requirements
- 3 plus years of experience managing paid social media campaigns in a detail-oriented marketing, media, or agency environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple social platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Snapchat.
- Strong ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations and reporting.
- Experience supporting or coordinating initiatives involving creators, influencers, or affiliate marketing partners.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, budget management, testing methodologies, and campaign measurement principles.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign insights clearly.
