Job description

  • Participate in and lead on-call rotations, including high-severity incident response
  • Perform deep root cause analysis and drive blameless post-incident reviews
  • Own and evolve observability using dashboards, alerts, SLIs, and SLOs
  • Investigate and resolve production issues across Java services, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Site Reliability Engineering or Production Engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Java-based systems
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions
  • Experience with observability platforms, especially Dynatrace
  • Strong automation skills using Python, Bash, or Ansible
