A Desktop Support position providing technical assistance to staff, managing computer hardware/software, and resolving network issues. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure high-quality care support. Requirements
Experience: Experience with desktop hardware/software troubleshooting is usually required, often with specialized experience required for higher-level positions (e.g., Specialist II). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network configuration. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective communication with healthcare providers and staff. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues under pressure.

This is a Contract position based out of Pontiac, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
