Job description

The Deputy Program Manager/Operations Lead serves as the second-in-command for the assigned contract, responsible for day-to-day operational execution, Agile Release Train (ART) coordination, and ensuring seamless delivery of malware analysis capabilities to USCYBERCOM. This position directly supports the Program Manager in all aspects of contract performance and serves as the primary operational interface with Government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 12+ years experience
  • Progressive experience in program/project management within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
  • Experience managing cyber operations, cybersecurity, or software development programs
  • Experience in a deputy or senior leadership role on contracts of similar size and complexity ($50M+ annually)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a leadership capacity (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or equivalent)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance
  • US citizenship required, * Experience with Joint Malware Catalog (JMC) or similar malware repository systems
  • Prior experience on USCYBERCOM J9 programs
  • Knowledge of JCWA platform and integration requirements
  • Experience with R2D2 development platform
  • Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes

Benefits & conditions

Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
