Cash Applications Specialist

Randstad is partnerting with one of our national clients in the Warehousing/Supply Chain industry, and recruiting candidates to join their team as a Cash Applications Specialist in the Sandy Springs, GA area. This ONSITE role would start out as a 6-8 week contract with potential extension beyond. Please see below for additional details. Responsibilities

• Familiar with the Cash Applications process
• Assist with assigned lock boxes and assist others with their lock boxes
• Payment remitting
• Manual invoice managing
• Processing various payment types: ACH, checks, wires

Skills/Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of Cash Apps or AR experience
• High volume invoice management
• ACH/wires/checks experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems; Oracle Fusion preferred (will train)
• Analytical and attention to detail skills; communication and accuracy
