PC Technician

• Perform PC refresh and deployment projects, including pre-surveys and on-site installations

• Maintain accurate asset inventory tracking

• Back up user data and restore profiles to new computers

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 systems in large rollout environments

• Perform hardware and software upgrades, including Microsoft Office

• Set up, test, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals

• Configure networked PCs, including:

• Mapping network drives

• Setting up TCP/IP

• Configuring static IP addresses

• Support end-of-lease laptop refresh projects

• Utilize USMT or other imaging/ghosting tools as needed

All Lines Technology is seeking a PC Technician to support PC refresh and deployment projects for locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
