Job description
Insight Global is seeking an organized, hands-on IT Support Technician to support a short-term device deployment initiative. This role will focus on unboxing, configuring, and preparing network devices for distribution across 155 office locations, along with basic IT support and ticket tracking.
Requirements
- Prior experience with PC imaging and device deployment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and asset receiving processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Plano
