Job description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Consultant to join our Workday Center of Excellence team on a 9-month contract. This role will play a critical part in supporting an acquisition data migration from ADP to Workday for Forge and will focus heavily on creating and loading EIBs. Extensive, hands-on EIB experience is required.
In addition to data migration, this role will be responsible for configuring Workday to meet business objectives and supporting annual programs across multiple Workday modules. The consultant will partner closely with HR Technology and other technology resources to drive improvements, efficiencies, and scalable solutions within Workday., * Lead the creation and loading of EIBs, including but not limited to:
- Hire/Rehire
- Change Job with Job Templates
- Request Compensation Change
- Contract Contingent Worker
- Support acquisition data migration from ADP to Workday.
- Configure and implement business process enhancements within Workday.
- Configure Job Templates and support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Configure Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Partner with internal technology teams to design and build integrations.
- Lead functional testing and regression testing for enhancements, projects, and Workday releases.
- Work within an agile team to deliver iterative solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Create improvements and efficiencies across Workday modules as part of the HR Technology group.
Requirements
- Creating and loading EIBs at a high level of complexity (heavy EIB experience is a must).
- Translating business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
- Managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment., * 6+ years of proven experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform.
- Strong expertise in one or more Workday domains, including:
- HCM (Core HR, Hiring & Onboarding)
- Advanced Compensation
- Performance & Talent
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity, exercising sound judgment.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Object Transporter.
- Experience with Kainos.
