Information Technology Project Manager

• We are looking for an experienced project manager who can manage 2 projects at the same time.
• We are looking for a Project Manager to lead these projects: Establish the scope, the schedule and budget and manage them, i.e. anticipate and report.
• We are looking for someone experienced in leading projects to develop administrative management solutions.
• This project manager will have to manage and monitor the implementation of projects so that applications are put into production on budget, on time, efficiently and successfully.

This involves, among other things:

• In collaboration and consultation with the various SPOCs concerned, regularly monitoring the implementation of projects, both from the point of view of development and infrastructure and production, in terms of deadlines, budget and quality, and reporting to the client. Based on a solid analysis, propose the necessary measures:
• Document and report the progress of the project and the problems encountered.
• Organise the release of production
• Take the necessary steps to solve the problems observed (simplify problem solving, propose solutions,...) and discuss these solutions with the customer manager, the technical project manager and the customer.
• Process change requests: analyze the consequences, propose solutions and discuss them with the customer manager, the technical project manager and the customer.
• Have activities scrupulously imputed and verify imputations.
• Ensure communication between the parties involved in the project, motivate them to participate and stimulate teamwork.
• Manage the resources of the project
