Job description
- Provide technical support via email, phone, or face-to-face on client sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose various IT issues using a diverse technology stack
- Assist clients with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
- Set up remote access VPNs as required
- Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for on-site support

This IT Support Engineer role is office-based, and candidates must be able to commute daily, with occasional travel to customer sites when necessary. Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer service experience with a high standard of customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
- Basic networks diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial experience working with Azure
- Remote access VPN setup
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Exemplary telephone manner
- Microsoft certifications (beneficial)
- Knowledge of VMWare & Hyper-V deployment (beneficial)
- Understanding of WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, Firewalls (beneficial)
- MS Exchange administration experience (beneficial)
- Previous experience working in an agency or MSP (beneficial)
- Telephony administration exposure (beneficial)
