Senior, Software Engineer - Big Data & AI Platforms

The Financial Intelligence & Pricing Impact team focuses on measuring and analyzing the financial impact of third-party pricing using large-scale data platforms. Working closely with data scientists, product managers, and platform engineers, this team builds scalable services, APIs, and ML-enabled systems that drive pricing transparency and actionable insights across the business.

Your work will directly influence strategic pricing decisions while contributing to a modern, data-driven ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Own the delivery of scoped features, services, APIs, and data-driven components from design through production and ongoing support
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software and data pipelines using modern languages and Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Cassandra)
• Integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into applications using internal and external APIs to enhance intelligence and automation
• Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions, defining success metrics and measurable outcomes
• Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable software aligned with enterprise standards

• Experience building and maintaining data-intensive systems using Spark, Kafka, and distributed data stores
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, scalable architecture, and modern software design patterns
• Ability to collaborate with product, data science, and platform partners to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area or 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area., * Experience integrating machine learning models or AI agents into production systems
• Familiarity with GenAI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and innovation
• Experience designing or supporting financial, pricing, or analytical platforms
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures, containerization, or orchestration frameworks
