Data Analyst

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools for management and stakeholders
• Identify and implement improvements to systems and ways of working
• Interpret customer and business requirements, challenging where appropriate
• Work on complex data-driven solutions to improve performance
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Review existing reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support service levels and inventory performance targets
• Lead or support projects focused on improving efficiency, utilisation, and overall business performance

• Strong analytical background within a numerate discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain)
• Experience analysing large datasets; experience with consumer databases is desirable
• Knowledge of tools such as Excel (advanced), VBA, SQL (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
• Highly detail-oriented with a logical and structured approach
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
