Finance Systems & Data Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting. Someone who improves how data is built, used and trusted across the business.

You will play a key role in implementing and developing a new ERP system (Odoo), taking ownership of data quality and turning insight into real commercial decisions across pricing, stock, production and profitability.

This is a hands on opportunity to get under the hood of systems, fix what does not work and make a genuine impact - not just produce numbers, · Analyse cost of sales and highlight margin issues

· Review sales orders and ensure BOM accuracy

· Track projects to support invoicing and revenue recognition

· Support ERP (Odoo) implementation and data build

· Reconcile inventory, orderbooks, and production data

· Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and financial models

· Identify data gaps and improve processes across the business

· Provide insights to reduce costs and improve efficiency

· Experience in a Finance Data Analyst or similar data focused role

· Strong Excel skills and reporting capability

· Experience working within a finance team

· ERP system experience (Odoo or similar preferred)

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

· Proactive approach - someone who improves, not just maintains
