Job description

  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and the ticketing system
  • Accurately log, prioritise, and update support tickets
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Undertake occasional visits to client sites in London and East Sussex

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an MSP or comparable service desk environment
  • Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication
  • Calm, methodical, and dependable in a busy support environment
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Core networking principles
  • Client and server operating systems

Nice to have (not essential):

  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude)
  • Microsoft certifications (365, Azure)
  • CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)
