Job description

Triage, analyze, and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to Benefits Administration, ensuring SLA compliance.
Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem Tickets, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Partner with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams to resolve cross-functional data issues.
Functional Configuration & Enhancements(Benefits):
Configure Eligibility Rules, Life Events, Rates, Plan Design, and Enrollment rules based on business requirements.
Lead or support annual Open Enrollment cycles, including configuration testing and validation.
Implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades (quarterly).
Technical Development & Data Management:
Develop, maintain, and debug complex Fast Formulas (Benefits, Payroll).
Create and modify BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and dashboards.
Perform data loads, conversions, and mass changes using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader).
Create and monitor integrations, troubleshooting interface failures using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Stakeholder Management & Documentation:
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Create, update, and maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module.
Techno-Functional Balance: Strong hands-on experience in both Benefits functional setup and technical skills (Fast Formula, HDL).
Project Experience: At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or long-term support experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
