Job description

  • Triage, analyze, and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to Benefits Administration, ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem Tickets, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  • Partner with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams to resolve cross-functional data issues.

  • Functional Configuration & Enhancements(Benefits):

  • Configure Eligibility Rules, Life Events, Rates, Plan Design, and Enrollment rules based on business requirements.

  • Lead or support annual Open Enrollment cycles, including configuration testing and validation.

  • Implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades (quarterly).

  • Technical Development & Data Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and debug complex Fast Formulas (Benefits, Payroll).

  • Create and modify BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and dashboards.

  • Perform data loads, conversions, and mass changes using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader).

  • Create and monitor integrations, troubleshooting interface failures using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).

  • Stakeholder Management & Documentation:

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

  • Create, update, and maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module.
  • Techno-Functional Balance: Strong hands-on experience in both Benefits functional setup and technical skills (Fast Formula, HDL).
  • Project Experience: At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or long-term support experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Fast Formula (Must-have).
  • Expertise in HDL/HSDL (Must-have).
  • Strong SQL and BI Publisher reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Experience with Redwood UX/VBS Personalizations is a plus.
