Job description
As a Data Analyst within the In-Home Services Command Center, you will join a strategic organization dedicated to driving nationwide field efficiency. This multifaceted role bridges the gap between complex data and human impact by overseeing the end-to-end administration of incentive compensation. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, modeling financial impacts of plan changes, and serving as a trusted partner to field leadership. We are looking for a critical thinker who can leverage SQL, Python, or other analytical softwares to automate processes while maintaining the high level of accuracy and empathy required for incentive management., * Data Lifecycle Management: Collect, model, and analyze large-scale datasets with meticulous attention to detail to ensure high data integrity across the enterprise
- Lakehouse Proficiency: Leverage Databricks SQL and Notebooks to extract insights from the data lakehouse, utilizing AWS services for cloud storage and processing
- Discrepancy Investigation: Perform deep-dive audits to resolve data misalignments between various reporting platforms
- Interactive Dashboarding: Build and optimize high-impact visualizations using Databricks AI/BI or integrated tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track KPIs
- Analytical Storytelling: Translate complex statistical trends into clear, actionable narratives for data driven decisions
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and deliver data-backed recommendations to Field Managers and executives aimed at increasing productivity and lowering costs while improving customer experience
- Consultative Partnership: Nurture relationships with Field Managers by combining quantitative data with qualitative feedback to solve regional operational challenges
- Advanced Problem Solving: Employ critical thinking and statistical techniques to solve business problems, fostering excitement and engagement around new initiatives during presentations
- Technical Versatility: Maintain proficiency across a modern tech stack, including SQL, Python, R, and the Google/Microsoft suites, to ensure seamless data interoperability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business or related field (Business Analytics, Finance, Business Development Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Education); Master's Degree a plus
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, and Excel required
- Experience in projects manipulating large datasets required
- Experience translating data to actionable insights required, * Excellent facilitation skills, strong desire to communicate in all settings
- Apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
