Job description
This position is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of HR technology and processes., * Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS platform (Workday)
- Manage system configuration, security roles, workflows, and integrations
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support HR processes including onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and payroll interfaces
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision?making
- Partner with HR and IT on system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations
- Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and provide timely resolutions
- Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures
- Support compliance efforts related to data privacy, auditing, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable)
- Train HR and business users on HRIS functionality and best practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years HRIS experience, minimum 2 years experience with Workday HRIS
- Ability to create reports and workflows within Workday
- Knowledge of HR operations, including payroll and compliance
- Able to meet deadlines and work well on a project-based timeline
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate well with others both remotely and in-office

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
