1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior systems administration Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Desired Skills & Experience Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications Familiarity with remote desktop tools and endpoint management, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
