Server Engineer

We are seeking a Server Engineer to support an HVAC Controls client serving a pharmaceutical facility. This role is responsible for ensuring adequate server capacity and performance to support HVAC controllers and associated building systems across multiple sites. The Server Engineer will monitor, install, and maintain on-site servers, complete regular server health reports, and ensure all systems are operating properly so HVAC software functions without interruption. Most existing applications run on Windows-based servers, though newer implementations include Linux environments, so experience with both is preferred. This position requires installing and implementing servers, monitoring storage and performance levels, and maintaining consistency across multiple facilities in Lebanon, IN (approximately one server per location). Because this role is customer-facing and on site, the candidate must be comfortable working professionally with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Windows or Linux Server background -Experience working professionally and onsite with external customer -Ability to implement and install servers and do regular health reports -Ability to travel to North Carolina or another state for a couple days at a time occasionally should a server need added at that pharma facility (rarely)
