As our IT Administrator, you will be the leadoff hitter for our internal support based on site in our Portland, OR office. You will focus on the employee experience, ensuring our processes and systems meet current and future needs. Your expertise in user experience will be vital as you execute and refine business processes, systems, and technologies to enhance user experiences. In this role, you will support many different enterprise IT systems, improving cost effectiveness, and service quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Offers a strong understanding of the user experience (both internally and externally), executes and refines business processes, systems, technology, data, and information systems to achieve and exceed business outcomes. · Maintain and drive robust technical standards, solutions, systems, and processes. · Monitor events and check in on the internal team throughout the day, troubleshooting as needed. · Act as the on-site support lead during meetings, ensuring conference rooms are operational (video conferencing, displays, connectivity), and escalating to AV specialists when needed. · Assist the AV team with hands-on setup and teardown of in-studio demo environments, following detailed instructions for hardware placement, cabling, and basic system bring-up. · Influence technology strategies and decisions with an elevated level of experience and knowledge. · Ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures. · Address training needs as required. · Coordinate and/or support the regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations to improve them. · Stay informed on emerging security threats, technical challenges, and developments in system protection and IT security standards. · Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business problem statements into workable technical solutions. · Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels. · Provide recommendations and partnerships for technology solutions including the creation of technical proposals and soliciting cost estimates.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions., Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, and/or minimum 4+ years of experience supporting foundational integrated core systems and leading transitions of legacy systems to cloud based systems, integrating data/information, and establishing a technology road map to meet business needs. B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities · Solid working knowledge in software solutions: Specifically, Microsoft Intune and Office 365 Suite, Digital Asset Management Solutions, VMWare, or equivalent virtualization systems. · Experience working with cloud software and systems. · Proficient with Windows O/S and knowledgeable with MacOS. · Demonstrated experience in process analysis. · Experience in multi-site organizations with distribution systems. · Has implemented key core foundational systems with successful outcomes (i.e.: financial, customer, employee) (This can be highlighted as an accomplishment within work experience but is a strong "plus"). · Exceptional communication and reporting skills (both written and oral are implied). · Critical thinker and problem solver. · Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, helpful demeanor when providing end-user support (customer service skills are important for IT support). · Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment (time management and prioritization are key here). WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel Requirements:
- Travel will not be frequent but may be required on occasion

- This position requires sitting for extended periods of time while using a computer and or phone/other equipment
- This position may require lifting, carrying or moving of materials weighing up to 50 pounds

- This position will work full-time in an office environment located in our office in Portland, OR
