Job description

Hands-on IT support role focused on troubleshooting, hardware setup, and supporting field users in a fast-paced environment., * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices

  • Perform break/fix and equipment setup
  • Support mobile apps on phones/tablets
  • Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
  • Install/configure printers and access points
  • Manage support tickets and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

  • 1-2 years IT support experience
  • Strong hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
  • Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk, etc.)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication & customer support
  • Spanish speaking required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in production/warehouse/field environments

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
