Job description
Hands-on IT support role focused on troubleshooting, hardware setup, and supporting field users in a fast-paced environment., * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Perform break/fix and equipment setup
- Support mobile apps on phones/tablets
- Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
- Install/configure printers and access points
- Manage support tickets and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- 1-2 years IT support experience
- Strong hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk, etc.)
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication & customer support
- Spanish speaking required
Nice to Have
- Experience in production/warehouse/field environments
