Job description

· Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation)
· Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation)
· Developed integrations with external systems
· Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments
· Documentation and knowledge transfer

Scope:

· Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur
· Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
· Implement HR Workflow Automation
· Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration
· Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
· Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
· Participating in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
· Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer

Scope of work

Technical Consultant: Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing

Requirements

· Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development
· Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation)
· Workflow automation, catalog items, case management
· Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub)
