IT Technician

• Troubleshooting & diagnosing
• First point of contact for IT and systems support
• Talking clients through a series of actions via phone, email or chat, until the issue is solved
• Providing prompt & accurate feedback to customers
• Prioritising & managing several open issues at one time
• Following up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Assisting with the preparation of system hardware & software
• Identifying solutions to software & hardware issues
• Logging incidents using CRM

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT?, Candidates must be proficient in the use of:

• Windows 10
• Microsoft 365 or Office 365
• Network terminology & configurations
• Maintaining accurate records

Knowledge or experience of the following would be an advantage:

• Router configuration
• Anti-virus software
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Azure/SharePoint configuration
• Experience in an SLA support driven environment
• Full clean driver’s license, * A passion for IT, ideally with support experience (however we will consider applicants without prior experience)
• Must possess a “can do” attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
