IT Project Coordinator Location: Nottingham, on-siteDuration: 3 MonthsRate: Depending Experience (£225 - £265, Umbrella) Role Overview: We are seeking an Agile Project Coordinator to support and deliver projects within a fast-paced PMO environment. This role will suit someone with experience in project coordination or Jnr. PM, with the ability to operate across both traditional and agile delivery models. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and driving delivery across multiple IT project workstreams, ensuring timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed. Depending on experience, you may take ownership of smaller projects or work under the guidance of senior project leadership on larger initiatives. This role requires a proactive, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to maintain momentum, remove blockers and ensure accountability across project teams. Required Experience:Proven experience in project coordination, project support or delivering small projects/work packagesExperience working in structured, agile or hybrid delivery environmentsAbility to plan, track and manage work using project plans, backlogs or similar toolsStrong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates and maintain alignmentExperience managing risks, issues and dependencies across a project lifecycleEvidence of driving delivery outcomes, not just supporting administrative coordinationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Desirable Experience:Experience owning or delivering small projects end-to-endExperience working within a PMO or structured governance environmentPRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent project management certification)Agile or hybrid certification (e.g. AgilePM, Scrum, SAFe Foundation)Experience mentoring junior team members or supporting wider project teamsFamiliarity with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similarExperience using agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana)
