Job description

Betreuung von Anwendern im 1st und 2nd Level Support
Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
Pflege und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Service Desk wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit
Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
