Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Problemlösung für Endbenutzer Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software Überwachung und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken Durchführung von Diagnosen und Behebung von IT-Problemen Dokumentation von Vorfällen und Lösungsprozessen Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer IT-Lösungen und -Systeme Schulung und Unterstützung der Benutzer bei IT-Anwendungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Position Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und IT-Management-Software Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
