The successful candidate will leverage their fluency in Japanese and English to facilitate seamless communication with international suppliers, support procurement processes, and ensure supply chain efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing contracts, and supporting production planning activities within a fast-paced aerospace environment., * Vendor Production & Delivery Management Expedite and monitor vendor production schedules to ensure on-time shipments, actively tracking and resolving shortages, past-due items, and urgent part

• Cross-Cultural Liaison & Communication Act as a key liaison to bridge communication gaps and resolve misunderstandings between buyers in Japan and vendors in the USA, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Supply Chain Tracking & Progress Monitoring Request, review, and maintain vendor follow-up lists while verifying the procurement status of raw materials and outside production processes.
• Logistics & Urgent Shipment Coordination Arrange and coordinate logistics for urgent parts shipments as necessary to prevent any disruptions to the production line.
• Claims Resolution & Relationship Management Relay claim notes from Japan headquarters to vendors, coordinate resolutions for discrepant items, and maintain strong vendor relationships to protect company reputation and benefits.

Travel Flexibility: Must be fully flexible and available for both domestic and international business travel (including the US, Mexico, Canada, and Japan).

Language Skills: Fluent English and Advanced Japanese proficiency., * Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
