Project Manager, Digital Health / Analytics / Integration

We are seeking experienced healthcare IM/IT Project Manager to lead digital health, analytics, reporting, integration, or clinical system initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle, including governance, planning, risk, RAID, testing, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery., * Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and key project executives and stakeholders

• Develop project and solution design concepts and approaches
• Development of project proposals, project charters, and project management plans
• Managing the time and effort of the project team
• Ensuring proper change, scope, risk, and expectation management are applied
• Reporting accurate project financial and profitability figures
• Holding regular status meeting with team and clients and providing regular status reporting
• Playing a lead role in the development of business requirements documentation
• Prepare and present senior client executives
• Ensure appropriate project management processes and tools are used to effectively manage the project with the client
• Perform project status updates with clients and internal CGI teams
• Work with the Director of Consulting Services for Health and Life Sciences to identify new opportunities to serve the client

• Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in IM/IT or digital health
• Strong healthcare sector experience, ideally in Canadian healthcare
• Experience managing large healthcare technology projects, integrations, analytics, reporting, or data initiatives
• Experience with project governance, scheduling, risk management, RAID management, testing, and reporting
• Experience leading Agile teams or working in Agile delivery environments
• Knowledge of healthcare integrations such as HL7, FHIR, or related standards is an asset
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
