IT Operations Analyst

• Monitor automated job scheduling processes, tracking execution, input, and output across processing cycles
• Identify job abends and take appropriate corrective actions or escalate issues to technical teams
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of job activity, incidents, and resolutions
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and coordinate shift handoffs
• Support ongoing run and maintain operations, including special processing and system maintenance tasks

• 2+ years of experience in computer operations or a related technical field
• Strong attention to detail with reliable and consistent performance in monitoring environments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation and issue escalation
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology with willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a process-driven environment
