Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Project/Program Manager - IT to drive execution of a large-scale, data-driven pilot initiative. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing digital intelligence workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of a high-impact program designed to transform marketing and data strategy., * Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met

  • Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Orchestrate daily activities within the digital intelligence and data workstreams
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks to maintain timelines, quality, and delivery goals
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and status reporting
  • Create and deliver clear communications to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Coordinate with data engineering and product teams on pipelines, reporting, and audience creation
  • Track project progress and ensure accountability across all dependencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with data engineering, data pipelines, and data governance concepts
  • Background supporting digital, analytics, or marketing technology initiatives
  • Strong change management and stakeholder alignment experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making
