Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT & Revenue Operations Administrator to support our IT infrastructure, CRM systems, digital operations, and workflow automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment while also helping improve operational efficiency, digital performance, and user support across multiple departments.

You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, supporting end users, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the companies’ digital presence. This is a highly visible role that directly impacts operations, sales enablement, employee support, and long-term business growth., * Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments)

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external MSP providers and assist with system maintenance, security, backups, and troubleshooting
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including user accounts, permissions, devices, email access, and VPN setup
  • Track and maintain company-issued equipment and IT inventory
  • Administer CRM systems, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to improve operational and sales efficiency
  • Support website updates, digital operations, SEO initiatives, and conversion optimization efforts
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Zapier or Power Automate
  • Maintain security protocols including MFA, password policies, access controls, and periodic audits
  • Coordinate with vendors, software providers, and cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge base resources
  • Monitor KPIs and provide reporting insights related to systems performance, sales activity, and digital operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT support?, * 3-7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP environments

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management
  • Experience supporting or administering CRM systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience working alongside or within an MSP
  • Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Working knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Power Automate
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus, * IT support: 3 years (Required)

  • Active Directory: 3 years (Required)
  • CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)
