Job description

Blu Omega is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to support a federal program focused on the Ginnie Mae platform. This role operates in a remote environment and is responsible for platform configuration, solution development, and integration across ServiceNow modules. The position requires experience supporting ServiceNow development within an agile team environment supporting multiple modules., * Develop solutions across ServiceNow modules from approved user stories to QA, SIT, and UAT.

  • Perform platform configuration and customization, including developing workflows and building integrations via APIs and MID Servers.
  • Package update sets for promotion across environments.
  • Participate in all sprint ceremonies, including story assessments and sizing.
  • Conduct developer-led unit testing and debug defects.
  • Contribute to peer code reviews and architecture reviews.
  • Mentor teammates on efficient coding practices.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, core tables, roles, configurations, and update sets.
  • Experience developing solutions from user stories through QA, SIT, and UAT.
  • Ability to develop workflows and integrations using APIs and MID Servers.
  • Experience conducting unit testing, debugging defects, estimating and sizing stories, and participating in code and architecture reviews.
  • Solid Agile/Scrum experience, including active participation in sprint ceremonies, user-story discussions, and backlog grooming.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CSA) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, SPM, and CSM.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
